How a visit runs
The method does not change by county. The timing does, because access and opening hours are local.
- Look at the floor We check the surface, how soiled it is, and when the room can close, then price the visit from that.
- Clean that surface A scrub, extraction or degrease matched to the floor. Dirty water is taken up, not pushed along with a mop.
- Finish only if it belongs Polish or seal goes on vinyl and linoleum that need it. Safety floors, worn-through timber and peeling resin do not get a shine coat.
Included, and what this visit is not
Included on a local visit
- A survey of the floor finish before any chemical
- Machine scrub, extraction or a seal only when the surface allows it
- Work timed around the hours Craigmillar premises can close
Still not included
- Sanding, new floors and repairs
- Flood drying and asbestos tiles
- A general clean of desks, bins and washrooms unless that was quoted
The wider county
Inverleith, Leith Walk, Portobello and Craigmillar are tenement commercial premises, colonies and coastal cafés. Stairs without a goods lift are normal. Common stairs are cleaned only when the factor has agreed. Inside, it is tile, vinyl and the odd stone lobby.
More of the surrounding area is covered from Edinburgh.
