Commercial Floor Cleaning Services
Commercial Floor Cleaning restores and maintains hard floors and carpets in UK workplaces: offices, shops, restaurants, schools, clinics, hotels, gyms and warehouses. The visit is quoted from the floor type and the hours you can close the area. Send the form or WhatsApp to book a survey.
About us
Cleaned so the building can reopen
We clean commercial floors across the UK. Offices, shops, restaurants, schools and clinics get a method matched to the surface, not one product for every floor. The work is done in the hours the room can close.
- Floor type identified before the machine starts
- A written quote, then the visit
Why choose us
Why businesses book Commercial Floor Cleaning
We are booked to clean the floor that is actually down, around the hours the site can spare.
The right machine for the floor
A rotary or scrubber for hard floors, extraction for carpet, and a degreaser rinse for kitchens. Not one pad for every surface.
Low-odour chemistry
Products chosen so staff can return when the floor is dry. Acid cleaners are not used on marble or limestone.
Hours the building can spare
Weekday, evening and weekend slots. The quote says if a seal needs to cure overnight.
Results that hold
From clearer grout to an even vinyl sheen, the finish is meant to survive the next week of traffic, not just the handover photo.

Where it is used
Workplaces we clean
Office buildings
Lobbies, lift halls and open-plan vinyl that dulls along the walk from the door.
Retail stores
Shop floors that show every scuff under display lighting.
Restaurants and cafés
Front-of-house tile and kitchen safety floors with grease in the texture.
Schools and universities
Corridors and halls cleaned in holidays or after the last bell.
Healthcare facilities
Waiting rooms and wards where the floor must be dry before patients return. This is not a theatre validation clean.
Hotels and hospitality
Foyers, corridors and function rooms between guest movements.
Gyms and leisure centres
Changing rooms and rubber or safety floors that hold body soil and grit.
Industrial and warehouse spaces
Concrete and resin aisles where forklift dust and tyre marks build up.

Frequently asked questions on floor cleaning
What types of floors do you clean?
We clean tile, stone, hardwood, vinyl, safety flooring, carpet and industrial floors using professional tools and solutions matched to the surface.
Are your cleaning products safe?
We use non-toxic, low-odour products chosen for the floor. Staff and customers can return when the floor is dry. Send the quote form or WhatsApp if you need a product note for a site file.
How often should commercial floors be cleaned?
Entrances and kitchens often need a machine pass weekly. Corridors and low-traffic rooms can sit on a monthly deep clean. The quote sets the gap from traffic, not from a fixed calendar.
Do you handle high-traffic areas?
Yes. Entrances, shop floors, corridors and serveries are the usual brief. We lift scuffs and ground-in soil with a machine rather than a mop that moves the dirt along.
How much do commercial floor cleaning services cost?
The quote is based on square metres, floor type, soil and whether the visit is out of hours. As a UK guide, a machine scrub often sits around £1.50–£3.50 per m², a deep scrub around £3–£6 per m², and a strip and seal around £8–£15 per m². The form or WhatsApp is how you get a figure for your site.

Working process
How a floor visit works
Three steps: look at the floor, clean it with the right method, then protect it if the surface allows a finish.
Look at the floor
We check the surface, how soiled it is, and when the room can close, then price the visit from that.
Clean that surface
A scrub, extraction or degrease matched to the floor. Dirty water is taken up, not pushed along with a mop.
Finish only if it belongs
Polish or seal goes on vinyl and linoleum that need it. Safety floors, worn-through timber and peeling resin do not get a shine coat.
