We do not sell a maid service, a floor install, or a sanding crew. If the finish has worn through to bare timber, or the resin is peeling, we say so and leave that to the trade that replaces it.

A written price
The quote uses square metres and soil. There is no card checkout on this site. You agree the figure, then the visit is booked.
Product matched to the finish
Low-odour chemistry for that floor. Safety sheet is scrubbed and left dry. It is not polished.
Working process
What happens after you enquire
Look at the floor
We check the surface, how soiled it is, and when the room can close, then price the visit from that.
Clean that surface
A scrub, extraction or degrease matched to the floor. Dirty water is taken up, not pushed along with a mop.
Finish only if it belongs
Polish or seal goes on vinyl and linoleum that need it. Safety floors, worn-through timber and peeling resin do not get a shine coat.
