These are the site-wide questions: cost, grip, cure time and what is not a floor-cleaning job. Each service page has its own set as well.

How much does commercial floor cleaning cost in the UK?

Quotes use square metres, soil and hours. A usual guide is about £1.50–£3.50 per m² for a machine scrub, £3–£6 per m² for a deep scrub, and £8–£15 per m² for strip and seal on vinyl or linoleum. Stone and heavy grease sit higher. The form or WhatsApp turns that guide into a figure for your floor.

How is a safety floor cleaned without losing its grip?

With a brush or pad that reaches the texture, then a rinse and a dry. Polish is not applied, because it fills the grit that provides the slip resistance.

Can you clean a floor while the business stays open?

Sometimes in zones, with a dry path around the machine. Kitchens and a full strip need the room empty. Say which you can offer and the quote will match it.

What should daily cleaners do between visits?

Vacuum or dust-mop grit, then a neutral cleaner. Skip bleach on grout and stone, skip steam on vinyl, and do not dress a safety floor with shine.

Why does a floor look dull again within weeks?

Usually grit from the entrance, the wrong daily chemical, or a finish that was already thin. A maintenance plan scrubs the walkway before the whole floor needs a strip.

Do you sand wood floors or lay new vinyl?

No. We clean sealed wood and existing vinyl. Sanding, repairs, new floors and asbestos tiles are other trades.

How do I book if my town is not listed?

Use the quote form or WhatsApp with the postcode. The areas pages describe places we have written up. A missing page is not a refusal. The reply confirms whether the diary can reach you.

How soon can people walk on a sealed floor?

A scrub is ready when it is dry. A new seal or polish often needs overnight before furniture and wet shoes return. The quote states the cure time for that product.
