Terms of service

Quotes

Prices on these pages are guides. The figure for your building is the one in the quote, based on metres, soil, floor type and hours. Accepting the quote is what books the visit.

The site

You make the area as empty as the quote assumed. If the floor cannot be reached, or it is a different surface from the one described, the visit may stop and be requoted.

Limits

Cleaning does not include sanding, new floors, flood drying, asbestos removal or clinical certification. Those limits are repeated on the service pages.

Cancellations

Tell us by email or WhatsApp as soon as the date is no longer possible. A visit already travelling may be charged for the time lost. The quote will say if a particular date has a tighter rule.
