Tiled carpet that has a grey lane between desks.
Commercial carpet cleaning is hot-water extraction for offices, hotels, retail and meeting rooms, including loose rugs that can be cleaned on site. It is for soil and spots in the pile, not a hard-floor scrub. Book it on the quote form or WhatsApp with the rooms and whether anyone must use the space the same day.
Traffic lanes, coffee spots, and a room that smells cleaner for an hour after vacuuming then returns, are the usual brief. Wick-back spots can reappear as they dry. We retreat those.

Quotes follow square metres, soil, access and whether we work while you are closed. A usual UK guide is about £1.50–£3.50 per m² for a machine scrub, £3–£6 per m² for a deep scrub, and £8–£15 per m² when a vinyl or linoleum floor needs strip and seal. Stone and heavy grease sit at the top of that range. Send the form or WhatsApp for a figure on your floor.
Clear small items and raise cables. Tell us about wool versus synthetic if you know it. Wool needs less heat and a different chemical.
Keep furniture off the pile until it is dry. Open ventilation. Walking on a wet carpet packs the soil back in.
A busy office carpet often wants extraction two to four times a year, with vacuuming in between. Entrance zones fail first. A maintenance plan spaces the visits from the soiling, not a guess.
A hired machine with too much detergent leaves a sticky residue that soils faster than before. Over-wetting can stain the backing.
This is not hard-floor cleaning, not flood extraction after a burst pipe, and not an upholstery-only visit.
The same floor method is quoted across the UK. Open a place for access notes.
