Multi-room sites
Offices and schools with more than one floor finish.
A floor maintenance plan is a repeating commercial schedule for entrances, corridors and back-of-house, using the method each surface actually needs. It suits sites that are tired of booking a rescue clean twice a year. Ask for a plan on the quote form or WhatsApp with the floor types and how busy the entrance is.
The floor looks acceptable on Monday and unacceptable by Thursday, or every deep clean is a strip because nobody maintained the finish.

Safety floors that slip back if the scrub gap is too long.
Quotes follow square metres, soil, access and whether we work while you are closed. A usual UK guide is about £1.50–£3.50 per m² for a machine scrub, £3–£6 per m² for a deep scrub, and £8–£15 per m² when a vinyl or linoleum floor needs strip and seal. Stone and heavy grease sit at the top of that range. Send the form or WhatsApp for a figure on your floor.
Give us a keyholder or a code and a time the entrance can be done. A plan fails if the site is never empty.
Your daily clean stays neutral. Mats washed on a schedule do more for an entrance than an extra coat of polish.
Maintained vinyl often avoids a full strip for a year or more. Ignored safety flooring loses grip in weeks. The plan is the longevity method.
In-house teams with a mop and a multi-surface cleaner are why the finish fails early. The plan sits on top of a simple daily routine, it does not fight it.
This is not a general cleaning contract for desks, washrooms and bins unless those are quoted separately. The page is about floors.
The same floor method is quoted across the UK. Open a place for access notes.
