The strip behind the line and in front of the pass.
Commercial kitchen floor degreasing is a scrub for grease in safety vinyl and quarry tile behind a servery or in a production kitchen. It is booked when the floor feels slick even though it looks wiped. Send the quote form or WhatsApp with the kitchen size and the time the cook line can stop.
A brown film in the texture, shoes that stick, and a floor that looks acceptable until a spill shows the grease line. That film is why people slip.
The rooms that usually need commercial kitchen floor degreasing.

Small rooms where a mop bucket is the only current tool.
Areas with a daily grease film, not a warehouse dust film.
Quotes follow square metres, soil, access and whether we work while you are closed. A usual UK guide is about £1.50–£3.50 per m² for a machine scrub, £3–£6 per m² for a deep scrub, and £8–£15 per m² when a vinyl or linoleum floor needs strip and seal. Stone and heavy grease sit at the top of that range. Send the form or WhatsApp for a figure on your floor.
Cool the line and cover open food. Give us a window when trolleys can move.
A nightly deck scrub with a measured degreaser, then a rinse, holds the result. Leaving detergent down is a slip hazard of its own.
A busy line may need this every week. A café with light frying might stretch to a fortnight. The gap is set from grease, not from a standard diary.
Bleach does not dissolve polymerised grease. A mop spreads it to the edges where it then looks like a stain.
This is not extraction of a dining-room carpet, not canopy cleaning, and not a domestic oven clean. Dining-room tile can be added. It is not the whole visit.
The same floor method is quoted across the UK. Open a place for access notes.
