Sealed boards that show a path from the bar to the door.
Hardwood floor cleaning is a low-moisture clean for sealed commercial wood in offices, hotels and shops. It lifts grit and marks without sanding the boards. Book it with the quote form or WhatsApp when the finish is intact and the floor looks tired, not when the lacquer has worn through to bare timber.
Grey traffic lanes, sticky spots and white rings from wet shoes are cleanable when the seal is whole. Black gaps full of grit need a vacuum, not a flood of water.

Quotes follow square metres, soil, access and whether we work while you are closed. A usual UK guide is about £1.50–£3.50 per m² for a machine scrub, £3–£6 per m² for a deep scrub, and £8–£15 per m² when a vinyl or linoleum floor needs strip and seal. Stone and heavy grease sit at the top of that range. Send the form or WhatsApp for a figure on your floor.
Lift rugs and small furniture. Point out any board that already moves or any recent water leak.
Felt the chair feet. A damp mop with a wood cleaner is enough day to day. Standing water pushes into the joints and raises the grain.
A sealed commercial wood floor stays even if grit is kept off it. Grit is what cuts the lacquer. Once the timber is bare in a path, cleaning cannot put the finish back.
Steam and vinegar open the grain and cloud the lacquer. Oil soaps leave a film that then attracts dirt.
Floor sanding, gap filling and new lacquer are a separate trade. Flood-damaged wood needs a drying company before anyone cleans it.
The same floor method is quoted across the UK. Open a place for access notes.
