Clinics and schools
Floors that must be properly cleaned before a sanitiser is worth applying.
Deep floor sanitisation is a scrub and recovery for commercial floors that need soil and residue removed, then a suitable sanitiser on the clean surface. Clinics, gyms, schools and food rooms book it after illness worries or heavy use. It is not a validated theatre clean. Enquire on the form or WhatsApp.
A floor that smells when it gets wet, a sticky film, or a request after a sickness bug in a school or gym. Smell usually means soil, not a lack of fragrance.

Changing rooms where a scented mop has not shifted the soil.
Floors beside a servery that need grease gone before any hygiene step.
Quotes follow square metres, soil, access and whether we work while you are closed. A usual UK guide is about £1.50–£3.50 per m² for a machine scrub, £3–£6 per m² for a deep scrub, and £8–£15 per m² when a vinyl or linoleum floor needs strip and seal. Stone and heavy grease sit at the top of that range. Send the form or WhatsApp for a figure on your floor.
Share any COSHH limits and the time the room can stay shut. Remove open food.
Do not recoat a just-sanitised floor with a heavy polish the same hour. Return to a neutral daily clean so the next visit still has a clean surface to work on.
One deep visit resets the floor. It does not replace daily cleaning. High-touch rooms often go on the maintenance plan afterwards.
Bleach on a dirty floor reacts with the soil and can damage grout, stone and safety texture. Fragrance is not sanitising.
This is not clinical validation, not mould remediation of walls, and not a substitute for the kitchen degreasing visit when the problem is grease in safety flooring.
The same floor method is quoted across the UK. Open a place for access notes.
