Enquiry details are used to price and book floor cleaning. They are not sold.
What we collect
The quote form asks for your name, email, phone number, postcode and a message about the floor. The review form asks for a name and a note about a visit. The page address and browser type are sent with a quote so we can see which service you were reading.
Why
Quotes need a way to reply and a place to attend. Reviews are shown on the reviews page. We do not use the forms for unrelated marketing lists.
How long
Enquiry records are kept long enough to complete the job and any follow-up about the same floor, then removed from the working mailbox in the ordinary course of business.
Asking about your details
Email contact@commercialfloorcleaning.co.uk and say what you want changed or deleted. Quote requests can also be started on WhatsApp.
